Vote: ACA Paddlefest Donation

Previously, an announcement was made regarding the upcoming ACA event in Charlotte (see ACA Paddlefest in Charlotte). The ACA has approached the CCC to become a sponsor of the event. The Board has suggested a $750 donation to the ACA to help support this (as well as to provide PR for the CCC).
