SMMC WOR Policies for 2027

Smoky Mountain Meadows has made a few minor changes to their policies around permanent site holders for WOR.

You are responsible for knowing when to register, when to pay, and for follow-up if you have not received notification and/or invoices. Please make sure you’ve read the updated polices.

A (non-inclusive) highlight of changes:
-All of the dates (invoices, decisions) have been moved up
-If a member passes on the site on the waiting list, they will move to the bottom of the waiting list
-You must be a member to be on the perm site or waiting lists. We continue to find people whose memberships have expired when we review those lists. Please don’t lose your spot!
