CCC Membership voting for the 2014 budget now open until May 4

Please review and vote on the budget.  Please note that what is proposed is a maximum budget.  We formulated the budget this way because the current by-laws do not have a mechanism spelled out on how to adjust the budget (one of the things that the by-laws committee has addressed).
