 rld and runs right through Ohiopyle (Lower Yough putin) and Confluence\, P
 A. If you are coming up for the Lower Yough paddling trip\, and want to ta
 ke one day off paddling\, join me on Saturday\, July 18 (the busiest day o
 n the Lower Yough) for a bike ride instead.\n\nThe most likely route is to
  ride from Confluence\, PA to Rockwood\, PA. A lovely ride along the Casse
 lman River with a food truck (with ice cream) in Rockwood. Round-trip of 3
 6 miles with the return ride from Rockwood mostly downhill.  Bike rental 
 (included e-bikes) available in Confluence (or Ohiopyle).\n\nAdditional de
