  \nThis is an event for the entire family. It's a great opportunity to in
 troduce your young ones to other children their age who are interested in 
 paddling. \n\nDepending on the number of people participating\, we hope t
 o offer opportunities on flatwater and various levels of whitewater up to 
 Class II/III.  Parents are expected to paddle with their children.\n\nSom
 e skilled paddlers form subgroups to go to Ocoee or other more difficult r
 ivers than are offered as part of the children’s groups.\n\nKayaks\, can
 oes\, C-1s\, inflatable kayaks\, pakrafts and catarafts are all acceptable
  paddle boats to use. \n\nThe Smoky Mountain Meadows campground will be t
 he staging area for events and many people will be staying there. \n\n755
