 ult\, Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
 . \nSkill Level: Novice\, Intermediate\, Advanced. Comfort in open water\
 , being upside down and swimming required. Consistency with flatwater roll
 \nBoat Type: Kayak\nMeeting Location: Nantahala or other nearby venue\n\nI
 n this roll clinic\, students will focus on building a stronger\, more con
 sistent\, and more reliable roll through targeted on‑water practice. Aft
 er a brief warmup and review of equipment\, outfitting\, and body mechanic
 s\, instructors will identify areas for improvement for each participant. 
 We’ll refine those techniques in calm water before applying them in movi
 ng current to build confidence and control. By the end of the session\, ea
 ch paddler will leave with a more efficient and dependable roll.\n\nThe Na
 ntahala is a cold release river. Dry tops and ear plugs are reccomended.\n
