SUMMARY:2019 Annual Week of Rivers Cleanup the Tuck at Fontana Lake
DESCRIPTION:The club's annual Tuckaseegee Cleanup is scheduled for Monday\,
  July 1\, from 8 a.m to noon on Fontana Lake just outside of Bryson City.\
 nLast year\, Carolina Canoe Club members picked up 150 bags of trash into 
 addition to tires and other debris. Can we collect more trash this year?\n
 Bring your boat\, paddling gear\, snacks and water.  The club\, Swain Cle
 an and other local sponsors will provide bags\, gloves\, trash grabbers an
 d more water. Roger Clapp with Watershed Association of the Tuckasegee Riv
 er is bringing a raft.\nWe'll bypass the morning meeting: Pack up Sunday n
 ight and be ready to go first thing Monday. It gets hot on the lake so we'
