My name is Jason Jones and I have served as the CCC president since 2025. I am an ACA L3 River Canoe instructor and live in Carrboro, NC with my wife and 2 young boys (4 and 6). I’m usually on some part of the Haw, but I also love (flatwater) freestyling on any spot of wind protected water, coastal and ocean canoeing, the USNWWC, and of course the treasures of the western NC mountains. If you ever have a need to contact me, please consider taking the subject up with me on a paddle!
