This is a Crystal Coast Canoe & Kayak Club trip that we joined. The trip went from Shell Point at the end of Harkers Island to Cape Lookout Lighthouse.

Water Level: 4.5 feet on Pleasant Green bridge, 3 feet on Cole Mill Road bridge. The minimum on the bridge gauges is 0.5 feet.

Well, pretty much the key thing I can say is “Gauleyyyy” that’s a run. Tighten up your backband, snap on your spray skirt, and make sure your thigh braces and foot pegs are in place, then hang on.
